Terms of use
The rules for using gamble24hrs.com, written plainly and binding on anyone who uses the site.
Last updated October 31, 2026Using this site
1. What this site is
Gamble 24hrs is an information and comparison site covering sweepstakes casinos available to players in the United States. It is operated by OMD AS, Frøyas gate 15, 0107 Oslo, Norway. We are not a casino, we take no bets or payments and we hold no player funds.
2. Not gambling
The casinos described here run promotional sweepstakes under US law and we describe them as such. Nothing on this site is an offer to gamble for money or advice that gambling is a source of income.
3. Age and location
You must be 18 or older to use this site, and 21 where a casino or state requires it. Sweepstakes casinos are closed in several states; the state page lists them and you are responsible for the law where you live.
4. Accuracy
Figures are measured on our own accounts and re-checked monthly, but casinos change their terms without notice. Read the casino’s own rules before registering. We accept no liability for decisions based on information here.
5. Independence
We earn no affiliate commissions, our links carry no tracking code and no casino pays for a position.
6. Intellectual property
Text, tables and design belong to OMD AS. Casino names and logos belong to their owners and identify them only. Short quotations with a link are welcome; republishing whole pages is not.
7. Changes
These terms may change at any time; the date above is the latest revision.
